Do you have a minimum order requirement?
Not at all. Whether you need a single personalized tumbler for a birthday gift or 500 branded shirts for a corporate event, we are happy to help. While we treat every order with the same level of care, we do offer volume discounts for bulk orders.
Can I bring in my own items for custom laser engraving?
Yes, in most cases! We often engrave customer-supplied items like yetis, wedding flutes, or family heirlooms. However, we ask that you bring the item into the studio first so we can inspect the material. Not all materials are laser-safe or suitable for engraving, and we want to ensure the final result will be perfect before we accept the job.
What materials can you engrave on?
Our custom laser engraving technology allows us to work with a vast array of materials. We specialize in engraving slate (coasters), stainless steel (tumblers), leather (patches and journals), wood (cutting boards and signs), and certain plastics. If you have a specific material in mind, just ask!
How long does a custom project take?
Our standard turnaround time for custom laser engraving is typically 7–10 business days from the time you approve your digital proof. However, this can vary depending on the size of the order and the time of year (holiday seasons are busy!). If you have a firm deadline or need a rush order, please let us know upfront, and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Do you ship, or is it local pickup only?
We love seeing our local customers in the shop, but we are happy to ship nationwide! We carefully package every order to ensure it arrives safely at your doorstep. Shipping costs are calculated based on the size and weight of your order.
