Our Engraving Work

A Material for Every Project

Wood, Cork, & Slate

Natural materials engrave beautifully, creating a rich, high-contrast look. We offer laser engraving services for custom cutting boards, slate coasters, cork trivets, and wooden signage. This process burns the design into the material, ensuring it will never peel or fade. It’s the perfect choice for rustic weddings, housewarming gifts, and restaurant branding.

Tumblers & Glassware

Personalized drinkware is one of our most popular requests. We specialize in engraving stainless steel tumblers (like YETI, Stanley, and generic brands) as well as fragile glassware. Our rotary attachments allow us to engrave 360 degrees around mugs, pint glasses, and wine bottles, creating a seamless and professional finish for your events or gifts.

Metal & Leather

For a rugged, permanent finish, our fiber lasers interact directly with metals like stainless steel, aluminum, brass, and titanium. This is ideal for knife engraving, industrial part marking, and EDC gear. We also specialize in leather engraving, creating custom patches for hats, personalized wallets, and journals that feature a distinct, branded look.

Custom Gifts (No Minimums!)

Have a single item you need engraved for a wedding, birthday, or anniversary? We love working on one-of-a-kind projects. Stop by with your item and let’s make something unique.

Corporate & Bulk Orders

Need 100 tumblers with your company logo for the trade show? Or 500 parts marked? We offer bulk pricing and fast turnaround times for our business clients in Chautauqua County and elsewhere.

Common Questions About Our Laser Engraving Services

What file types do you need for engraving?
For optimal results, we recommend using vector files (SVG, AI, EPS, or PDF). These files allow us to scale your logo to any size without losing quality. If you only have a standard image (JPG or PNG), send it over! Our design team can often convert or recreate it for a small fee to ensure it is ready for our laser engraving services.

Can you engrave items I bring in?
Yes! We often engrave customer-supplied items like wedding flutes, knives, or family heirlooms. However, we require an in-person inspection of the item first. Some materials (like PVC or faux leather containing vinyl) release toxic fumes when lasered and cannot be engraved. We will always verify if your item is laser-safe before accepting the job.

How durable is laser engraving?
Unlike stickers, decals, or painted designs, laser engraving is a permanent solution. We are physically removing or altering the surface material, meaning the design will last as long as the item itself. It is dishwasher safe (for tumblers), weather-resistant (for signage), and will not scratch off over time.

Do you work with specific manufacturers?
We have personally used and vetted several brands that we are comfortable purchasing from and recommending to you. A couple of brands that we work with regularly are Frost Buddy, Yeti, and Polar Camel; however, we are able to get many others!

Do you offer industrial part marking?
Absolutely. We collaborate with local manufacturers to offer serialization, QR code integration, and logo marking on metal parts. Our fiber lasers can achieve deep engraving or surface annealing depending on your specifications.
